Please Note: Witnesses for hearings or trials should call (573) 473-5860 after 5:00 PM the evening before the scheduled hearing or trial to see if they will be needed to attend court.

The primary objective of the Prosecuting Attorney's office and staff is to achieve justice for the citizens of Audrain County.  The dedicated staff and Prosecutor work diligently every day to achieve this mission.  

The Prosecuting Attorney is responsible for the prosecution of crimes occurring within Audrain County, including, but not limited to:

  • Traffic Offenses

  • Drug Crimes

  • Insufficient Funds Checks

  • Domestic Assaults

  • Criminal Non-Support

  • Sexual Assault

  • Murder

The Prosecuting Attorney also represents Audrain County and the Missouri Department of Revenue in civil matters.
